Why Atomic Habits? Upon leaving Monte Cassino and assured of St. Benedict’s help in reforming my life and leading those who desire reformation, I discovered this book on my phone, which was odd because I hadn’t signed up for audiobooks. I decided to listen to a few chapters because I felt God prompting me to do so in my daily walks. I will put the pieces together for you in my summary video soon!
Opening Prayer
Father in Heaven, help us to listen to the chapters of Atomic Habits with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. To prudently sift through this knowledge and only apply what is pleasing to You in developing our rule of life according to Your Will. May our 3 and 30 group be blessed with every grace You desire for us, so that the transformation of our lives points to Your goodness and glorifies You.
